2. Important definitions

General Data Protection Law (LGPD):Federal Law No. 13.709, published on August 14, 2018, which regulates Personal Data Processing activities, including in digital media, by a natural person or by a public or private legal entity, with the objective of protecting the fundamental rights of freedom and privacy and the free development of the natural person's personality.

If you are a consumer and wish to exercise your rights regarding the personal data that Meu Guru processes as an operator, you must contact the Client who is using the Services.

12. Termination of Processing

This Privacy Policy applies to the above-mentioned circumstances throughout the period in which Meu Guru stores personal data.

The termination of personal data processing will occur in the following cases: (i) when the purpose for which the personal data was collected is achieved, and/or the collected personal data is no longer necessary or relevant to achieve such purpose; (ii) when the Data Subject requests the deletion of their data; and (iii) when there is a legal determination to this effect.

In cases of termination of personal data processing, except for the hypotheses established by applicable legislation or by this Privacy Policy, personal data will be eliminated and this Policy will no longer apply to your relationship with Meu Guru.
