SHRIMP CURRY INGREDIENTS 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp ginger, minced 2 tsp curry powder 1 can coconut milk Salt, to taste Cilantro, for garnish INSTRUCTIONS 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onion is soft. 3. Stir in curry powder and cook for 1 minute. 4. Add coconut milk and bring to a simmer. 5. Add shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through. 6. Season with salt. 7. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
