Rotina Diaria de um Agente Comunitario de Saude - ACS em Colonia do Gurgueia PI

STORY FROM MY DAY TO DAY First I wake up at approximately 0710 in the morning right after I brush my teeth and I go to make breakfast which is almost always couscous with milk and fried eggs Then I change clothes arrange my work materials for example bag notebook tablet notebook pens and among others after being ready I go to the health department to meet with the other coworkers sometimes I go by bicycle motorcycle or sometimes I also go on foot When I get there I see the whole schedule for the day because I work as a Community Health Agent ACS in the municipality of Colônia do Gurgueia in the state of Piaui then I participate in meetings that are weekly and then I go to my work field I walk from house to house checking if any user needs medical attention or anything else we have a goal of visiting eight families daily and collecting their signatures and this is a very important job that requires patience in listening to complaints empathy with the pain of others and agility in trying to solve it the problems of those assisted despite being hard and constant work and also very rewarding When lunch time arrives I return home have a meal and take a short nap wake up at approximately 200 pm and go to the second shift at work This is a hotter time so Im in the computing part passing on user information to the system on the computer I get home at 1730 I rest a little later I prepare dinner something lighter and faster to do and I go to school I study at CEEPRO where I study a technician in community health agent the classes are from 1900 until at 2000 hours At this moment Im already a little tired because my day is very busy but even so I try to concentrate in class to have a good use At school we have a snack time which is sometimes a hot dog with juice
